How To Reset Your Sungrow Wifi Module (The Easy Way)
Quick and easy method to get your Sungrow inverter back online if it has disconnected
A fast and effective way to get your Sungrow inverter back online is to simply disconnect and reconnect the wifi dongle that is located on the underside of the inverter.
Simply push the tabs on either side in and pull the module out. Then simply push it back in, ensuring that the tabs are aligned with the tab holes on the dongle itself. If you've done this correctly, you should hear a firm click.
Your iSolarCloud data should now update within the next 5 minutes and show your inverter back online.
If your inverter is still offline after doing this, check your local network and wifi settings, ensuring that you haven't changed internet service provider, or your routers password. If you have changed either, you will need to access the inverter via local access on iSolarCloud and reconfigure the new network settings so that it can get back online.
